The tasks in this position involves:
Investigating, evaluating, and testing data sources and analytical approaches
Conducting research related to method development and trends
Quality-assuring and updating our impact reports
Working on projects such as rethinking how we find, generate, and communicate concrete impact stories in our impact reports
Assisting with customer inquiries and ad hoc analyses

Who are we and what do we do?
DoLand is a dynamic startup operating at the intersection of tech and finance. Our software has created new opportunities for impact reporting and is used, among others, by Merkur Andelskasse. The solution is easy to use and focuses on making the impact of investments both nuanced and understandable for investors.
As part of our skilled and diverse team, you will gain deep insights into a rapidly developing field and help shape our impact reports. You’ll work closely with our Impact & Investment Manager and gain broad exposure to technology, operations, and sales.
Who are we looking for?
You are well into a relevant education in, for example, economics or business. You are curious, eager to learn, and proactive – which matters more than experience. You think analytically, work well with complex data, and can communicate results effectively. At DoLand, you will be given responsibility, and we value initiative and independence. You thrive in collaboration with both team members and partners.

10–15 hours a week spread over 2–3 days, with flexibility during exam periods
